**Job Overview**:
As a Client Relations Consultant in our Graduate Programme, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients while gaining hands-on experience in client management and business development. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop critical skills in communication, problem solving, and account management, all within a supportive and dynamic environment. You will work closely with a team of professionals to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Through structured training and mentorship, you will be equipped to navigate the complexities of client relations and build a strong foundation for a successful career in customer service and business consultancy.

**You’re perfect for this position if you**:

- Are a recent university graduate with a degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Have a keen interest in the financial services industry and a desire to grow professionally
- Are energetic, hardworking, and ambitious, with a passion for client interaction
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are methodical, reliable, and efficient, with good attention to detail
- Possess strong time management skills
- Are a problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquires, and providing expert guidance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Assisting clients with foreign exchange transactions and related queries
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Continuously developing an understanding of foreign exchange markets and industry trends to offer an informed service to clients
- Overseeing the central client mailbox, ensuring timely management of client communications, and maintaining accurate updates to internal systems, records, and documents in alignment with client interactions
