_**SALES REPRESENTATIVE**_

**AN ENGINEERING COMPANY IN SPRINGS HAS AN OPENING TO EMPLOY A SALES REPRESENTATIVE (**_**PREFERABLY A MALE**_ **- REASONS LISTED IN REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES). THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ATTENDING TO CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDING THEM WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION AND PRODUCT FOLLOWING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES GIVEN BY MANAGEMENT.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- ABILITY TO MEET SALES TARGETS.
- GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND EXCELLENT SALES SKILLS.
- BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE IN SALES WITH PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE OR COUNTER SALES.
- PROFICIENT IN USING MICROSOFT OFFICE TOOLS AND OTHER RETAIL SOFTWARE.
- GOOD ABILITY TO EXPLAIN PRODUCTS TO CLIENTS.
- STRONG WORK ETHIC.
- ABILITY TO MULTITASK.
- INTERPERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
- GOOD TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE.
- BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE WITHIN A SPRING AND ENGINEERING COMPANY OR PARTS KNOWLEDGE.
- KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO WRITE OUT JOB CARDS.
- ABILITY TO READ DRAWINGS.

(TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN)
- ABILITY TO WORK UNDER MINIMAL OR ZERO SUPERVISION.
- ABILITY TO MEET DEADLINES.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- GREETING CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ENTER THE SALES DEPARTMENT.
- UNDERSTANDING THE CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
- PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH SOLUTIONS INSTANTLY.
- SOLVING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES REGARDING PRODUCTS.
- ENSURING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS.
- ISSUING OF JOB CARDS AND ENSURING THEY ARE GIVEN TO THE PRODUCTION MANAGER.
- ABILITY TO GO IN TO THE FACTORY TO CHECK ON JOB CARDS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT IN FOR REPAIRS OR PRODUCTION AS WELL AS VEHICLES THAT COME IN FOR REPAIRS, MUST BE ABLE TO ENSURE YOUR CUSTOMER IS CONSTANTLY UPDATED ON THE LEAD TIME.
- **SAFETY BOOTS AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED WHEN ON THE COMPANY PREMISES.**
- LEARNING PART NUMBERS AND UNDERSTANDING PRODUCTS TO GIVE THE CORRECT PRICES TO CUSTOMERS.
- ABILITY TO PICK UP COIL SPRINGS, LEAF SPRINGS AND MORE TO ENSURE ITEMS ARE LOADED FOR DELIVERIES AS WELL AS READY FOR COLLECTIONS.
- REPORTING TO MANAGEMENT OF ANY MISHAPS AND PROBLEMS.
- ADHERING TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION.
- ANSWERING OF PORTABLE PHONE WHEN CLIENTS CALL IN.
- MAKING SURE THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS OFFERED TO THEM.
- OFFERING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
- ABILITY TO TAKE TELEPHONIC ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS.
- REGULAR UPDATES OF ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS.
- THE HANDLING OF REPAIR REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS BOOKING PRODUCTS AND VEHICLES.
- CONTACTING CLIENTS ONCE THE REPAIR IS DONE AND READY FOR COLLECTION.
- ALWAYS KEEPING A CLEAN AND TIDY WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
- ANY OTHER TASKS SET BY MANAGEMENT.
