Sales Respresentative

Our client is a Plastics manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for industrial, beverage and retail applications. We are looking for a principled sales representative that can help us to grow the business and offer an excellent customer experience. We can offer the ideal candidate a steady base with solid growth potential.

Location:

·         Springs and willingness to travel across South Africa.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Build new and maintain lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
  
• Identify and research potential clients.
  
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  
• Attend business and customer meetings or functions.
  
• Assist with customer deliveries when required.
  
• Complete regular reports.
  
• Communicate important company information to customers.
  
• Communicate important customer information back to company.
  
• Collaborate with teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to satisfy customer requirements and secure new business.
  
• Create, maintain, and communicate customer pricing.
  
  

• 3 Years sales experience in plastic packaging or chemical industries.
  
• Matric.
  
• Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
  
• Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans, written and spoken
