Asset Administrator

**Purpose of the Job**:
To provide full administrative support to the Asset Manager.
**Key Outputs**:
- Tracking site audits, updating information and creating assets using an internal system.
- Loading and checking stock received in the regional distribution centre.
- Creating new user profiles on internal system
- Managing monthly stock counts
- Coordinating, vetting and reporting monthly stock counts provided by the regional distribution centre.
**Minimum Skills Required & Job Specific Requirements**:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Administration related certificate or tertiary qualification
- Must have 3 years proven administrative work experience
- Must be a team player
- Must have good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office packages, specifically in Excel
- Must be able to take initiative
