**JOB OVERVIEW**

As the Store Manager of our men's grooming parlour, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment. Your primary objective will be to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service while maximizing profitability and maintaining a positive working environment for staff.

**Responsibilities.**

**Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of grooming specialists, stylists, and support staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.

**Customer Experience**: Ensure that every client receives a personalized and memorable grooming experience, addressing their unique needs and preferences.

**Operational Management**: Manage daily salon operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling, to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**: Drive sales through effective marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and the promotion of salon products and services.

**Staff Development**: Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

**Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism throughout the salon, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.

**Supplier Management**: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality grooming products and supplies, negotiating favourable terms to optimize costs.

**Financial Management**: Monitor salon expenses, budgets, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and revenue growth.

**Community Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the salon and foster a loyal customer base.

**Problem Solving**: Address any customer complaints or operational issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Skills**:

**Requirements**:
Minimum Grade 12

Minimum of 3 - 5 years in business management or hospitality management

**Remuneration**:
R12k - R15k basic CTC plus a commission structure

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
