RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our client in the retail industry. This role is based in Johannesburg and offers excellent growth opportunities within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall management and performance of the store
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all staff members are trained and motivated to provide excellent service
- Monitor and analyze sales figures, and develop strategies to improve store performance
- Manage inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand
- Implement visual merchandising standards to optimize sales and create an inviting store environment
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean store environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
