Direct Sales Agent- B2B Sales

Are you accostomed to selling to decision makers, high level sales negotiates?
Do you have an understing of B2B sales, Cold Calling, Key Accounts and Business Development sourcing your own clients and buiding and mantaining proffessional relationships with clients.
Use this previous experience and secured the role to be be trained as a **Commercial Broker who sells Commercial Insurance products designed for businesses.**
**Location**:Bedfordview or Centurion**
**Responsibilities in the Role**:
Build your own insurance portfolio by:
- **Being able to prospect for new clients through networking, Cold calling, and door - door canvasing for new business.**:
- Effective communication with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client.
- Providing solutions to clients by selling commercial short term insurance products aligned to the needs of the client.
- Drafting, tracking and measurement of your personal business plan.
- Providing on-going service and support to your individual client base (amendments, renewals, claims etc.).
- Retention of existing business including renewal discussion in line with FAIS
- Developing internal/external relationships with clients.
- Continuous building of your client base, hence securing future income.
- Keeping abreast with the commercial insurance market changes and developments.
- Achieving/Exceeding targets consistently
- Providing feedback to line management when requested.
- Attending all weekly and ADHOC team meetings.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders that is, underwriting/actuarial, claims as well as surveying.
**Required Qualification and Experience**:
- Qualification and Experience if you are NOT from the Financial Services Sector. Completed **Matric or National Senior Certificate**:
- **Must have your own reliable transport and Valid Driver’s license**:
- 2 years insurance External Sales; Sourcing, Canvassing and Cold Calling for new sales and clients.

- **Essential Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate**:
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)
- RE5 (depending on Dofa)
- Completed **Matric or National Senior Certificate**:
- **Must have your own reliable transport and Valid Driver’s license**:
- 2 years insurance External Sales; Sourcing, Canvassing and Cold Calling for new sales and clients.
**Remuneration**:
- Retainer ranges from R 22 000- R35 000/m, **PLUS COMMISSION**:
- Petrol Card
- Medical Aid and pension fund
- Laptop with 3G
**Should you not have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, you will not be considered for this role.**
**The roles require very strong sales and negotiation skills AND someone who is will to travel to see clients.**
**Salary**: R22,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
