Frontline Receptionist

**Reception**
- Answering of the switchboard quickly and Professionally
- Immediate acknowledgement and greeting of visitors entering the reception area.
- Directing queries/calls to relevant department/ individual and handling queries, as/when required.
- Forward client details to CL, escalate if no response within 30 minutes.
- Escalate problems to Management as soon as they are identified and when required.
- Assist with providing customers with feedback from Online progress tracking system
- Schedule and manage drivers on drivers group chat, ensuring all tasks are completed prior to leaving at the end of the day.
- Presentable, groomed and friendly at all times.
- Other Adhoc administrative functions will be discussed at the interview
- Confirmation of arrangements for repair estimates and bookins
- Fellow up once authorisations is received to book in vehicles and communicate status with CL ,Admin department and management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
