The Yacht Logistics Agent will interact with all yachts presented by the contracted factory to THL Marine, incorporating The Moorings, Sunsail and Leopard Catamarans.

**What you will be doing**:

- Co-ordinating and completion of logistics on departing vessels
- Responsible for storage of and secure access to yachts between shipping
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to without exception, and any issues raised with line management immediately.
- Inspects and reviews yachts whilst in the V&A resolving warranty issue pre departure
- Ensure the yachts are prepared and cleaned prior to shipping and hand overs
- Work closely with Cape Town Sales Agents and After sales agents to ensure yachts are presentable and in appropriate locations and condition for viewing.
- Utilize the digital systems and share files with Leopard regional managers on any defects or noted failures
- Oversees & participates in the loading of the vessels and reports on any damages whilst loading or strapping
- Maintain relationships with and liaise with relevant licensing authorities to ensure compliance

**What we are looking for**:

- 5 years’ experience professional work on yachts.
- RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualification or equivalent
- SA Operators license
- Marine Surveryors diploma or a Technical Diploma would be beneficial
- Valid driver license
- Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
