Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Analyst

Our Digital Marketing department is in search of an ambitious, culture-fit Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Analyst to join the team to assist with the day-to-day maintenance & optimisation of the platform as well as act as the key liaison between business and external vendors. The role will require the incumbent to work effectively with the digital marketing team, design studio, IT teams and external partners. The role requires an individual that will proactively seek relevant information, be a self-starter and problem solve when required to support business and CRM objectives.

**Key Performance / Focus Areas**

**Day
- to -Day Platform Management**:

- Managing Global Marketing Cloud instance and ensuring the stability of the platform.
- Leading day-to-day management and oversight for managing the Incidents, Service Requests and Seasonal Releases.
- Manage ongoing Marketing Cloud implementations, troubleshoot system errors, and provide user support.
- User Administration (Setup and maintaining Users and Roles) within assigned Business Unit.
- Monitor system performance, health checks and verifies that integrations are functioning as expected
- Facilitate and recommend relevant A/B tests and use of Dynamic Content.

**Data Management & Segmentation**
- Create segmentations using analytics tools, logic, and queries in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & occasionally Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Checking data integrity between Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

**Project Requirements & Partner Liaison**
- Probe & translate business needs into clearly defined and detailed project requirements.
- Act as the day-to-day liaison for external Salesforce partners.
- Perform UAT on request of partners and provide sign off on all development/ implementations ahead of go live.
- Take ownership of and deliver on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud annual roadmap in partnership with external dev partners.

**Reporting**
- Provide weekly & monthly performance reports, including recommendations to improve outcomes.

**Teamwork & Collaboration**
- Onboard and train the full digital marketing team on any new implementations or releases that directly impact their day to use of the platform.
- Actively participate in relevant meetings and demonstrate the value of the platform by proactively contributing ideas, identifying areas to add value & driving continuous improvement

**Leadership**
- Act as an ambassador of Digital Marketing within the business
- Live the values of the company through DARE, showing trust, innovation & passion
- Take ownership of own personal development by actively looking for opportunities to grow and develop with the organization in order to be the best in the industry.
- Ensure an active vs passive steering of our business strategy and roadmap to deliver on a world class standard.

**Experience**
- 2 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or experience with Marketing Automation Software
- Retail sector covering both Store and eCommerce (advantageous)
- Marketing Cloud experience would be advantageous, but previous experience working with Marketing Automation software is critical.
- Knowledge in User Administration, Data Integration Tools, setting up Business Units and securing the visibility of the content.
- Attention to detail and problem solving is essential
