A dynamic team in the ever-growing Hospitality industry seeks an Assistant Financial Controller to join their team in Durban on a 4-month fixed term contract. As the successful individual you will ensure that all accounting policies and procedures are followed and implemented for daily accounting operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage administrative and accounts departments, ensuring strict compliance with gaming board and company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with operations management to analyse and report financial data
- Lead the budget formulation process
- Maintain precise company account records
- Coordinate audits effectively and implement prompt corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting deadline
- Foster a skilled and motivated team through confident and supportive leadership

**Requirements**:

- Financial Qualification, CA(SA) Advantageous
- A minimum of three years' experience in a comparable accounting role
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel software
- Must be immediately available for contract work in Durban
