Personal Assistant

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:
1. Schedule meetings and manage calendars of the CEO and Directors.
2. E-mail and other communication assistance.
3. Take accurate and comprehensive notes and minutes for meetings.
4. Help with daily time management and reminders of schedules.
5. Complete errands and other tasks as requested.
6. Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of Experience as a Personal Assistant experience with Directors would be beneficial.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Proficiency in MONDAY.COM would be beneficial.
- Must live in the Roodepoort area and have their own transport.
