In this role we are looking for a Multi Media Design Specialist who will be responsible for the development and socializing of professional video contents, sales support tools, client facing content, colleague targeted content, internal/external communication templates and eLearning design in line with Absa Group branding guidelines.

**Job Description**:
Your key accountabilities include the following;
- High quality design of the video contents, sales support tools, client facing content, colleague targeted content, internal/external communication templates and eLearning
- Design of the communications tools (micro sites, SharePoint based sites, etc.)
- Support the Design stream continuous improvement
- Deliver Cash Management and TXB design requirements that are assigned to the role
- Ensure all the design work aligns or complies with approved Absa branding guidelines
- Engage with Digital, Channels, Sales, Product Management, Training, Marketing and other supporting functions to identify the sales or colleague support tools gaps and drive the implementation of the solutions.
- Drive the development of sales or colleague support material, socialization of the material with stakeholders and training of the sales/colleague teams in collaboration with the Change/Training teams.
- Maintain or update the existing sales or colleague support assets, tools or materials to ensure it reflects the current Absa Branding guidelines.
- Effectively manage the assigned project which involves the development of realistic project plans, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder relationship management and successful execution of the projects.

Please send in your CV if you have the above-mentioned experience as well as;
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Commerce, Banking, Economics or Marketing is advantageous
- Creative design skills and utilization of the design tools will be advantageous
- 3 plus years’ experience worked in an environment where you were supporting clients or sales teams to extract disorderly data and package it in a structured and understandable way

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
