Boutique and Gallery Manager

The person filling this role should have a dynamic personality and strong retail skills, able to interact with guests of all nationalities. Must have matric with similar experience in a 5* environment and must be computer literate. Strong administration ability. Enthusiastic, passionate and informed about the products on sale.

The position involves the efficient running of the Boutique and Gallery in accordance with company standards.

Duties include:

- Interacting with guests
- Handling stock takes and administration procedures
- Re-ordering and controlling the stock
- Assisting in writing reports for head office
- Styling of the shop in accordance with standards
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of the gallery
- Recruiting of staff
- Managing performance of staff
- Controlling stock and ensuring shrinkage is kept to a minimum
