Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook:
Minimum
3 years' experience in a Luxury 5* Game Lodge / Boutique Hotel
Online PMS Reservation Platforms experience

Drivers License
Proven experience as a reservation's consultant or similar position
Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized with good time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Works well and accurately under pressure

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries & make reservations accurately & efficiently ensuring all relevant information is captured professionally.
  • Follow up on provisional reservations, process cancellations & amendments
  • Maintain reservation records in the reservations system, monitoring arrival details.
  • Ensure proper booking information is recorded & efficiently communicated for each reservation according to the properties' requirements.
  • Maintain a professional, service orientated presence with Agents.
  • Book third party services relevant to bookings, including transport and activities.
  • Receive timeous payments for all reservations and advise finance of payments received.
  • Resolving any guest complaints timeously.
