**Purpose of the role**

The main purpose of this position is to enable close liaison with stakeholders to ensure that high-quality reports and analysis are delivered. The position requires operational management and service delivery for various clients in their Mobile telecom’s environment.

**What you will do**

**Key Responsibilities included but not limited to**:
**Business Support and Analysis to drive client engagements**
- Service Delivery Administration
- In-depth understanding and insight of key customers’ environments and needs - to create engagement strategies with clients through the provision of product and operational service.
- Compiling and QA of financial reports e.g., Journals, credit allocations etc
- Scheduling user, divisional and manager reports, including integrity checks
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data and reports
- Assist with verifying service providers invoices, conduct investigations into service provider billing and anomalies/errors, substantiating errors, providing feedback to stakeholders, and driving resolution of error(s) to completion
- Ensure that reporting requests are analyzed, properly QA'd and delivered within the required timeframe.
- Drive service provider queries to completion and provide feedback to the clients
- Drive service provider escalations until completion
- Run weekly/monthly service provider and client meetings
- Have deep understanding of OneView and how to use it to best address our clients’ needs
- Use OneView to manage the clients’ mobile environments
- Create and present monthly Steercoms, presentations and projects and any other operational meetings
- Handle and investigate incidents and service requests and ensure that these are resolved in a timely manner to the complete satisfaction of the client
- Maintain the site/employee lists and user changes
- Manage the integrity of site information with reference to vendor data, ensuring OneView is always updated
- Assist SSS with Administrative Support as required
- Attend to IMACDs using Nebula’s OneView system e., SIM swops, SIM locking, loading of data bundles
- Assisting with users’ queries and general user
- Monitoring and Maintaining Client Mailboxes - Ensuring that all Operational requests coming into the Client Mailboxes are attended to and resolved in a timeous manner
- Log client requests and issues with Development and drive to completion
- Optional function of working a rotational standby function for after business hours requests

**Knowledge Management to improve client experience**
- Provide information to Shared Support Services when required and in a timely manner
- Recommend areas in which the systems can be improved on-site to secure cost savings for the client or additional value adds - Identifying Process Automation opportunities
- Develop one's own knowledge base within the telecoms field through an active and deliberate plan, research, and active study
- Download, QA and edit reports from Nebula database for distribution purposes or internal analysis

**Operational cost control for client**
- Analyzing cost behavior in terms of expenditure on a daily basis
- Tracking, controlling, and reducing cost by implementing and creating guidelines per Business Unit/Division in the environment
- Using Nebula’s propriety TEM solution to manage the mobile and fixed line environments
- Provide support to respective role players prior to authorization of relevant contracts
- Daily tracking and monitoring of client’s usage to prevent, forecast, and report on usage in the Clients’ environment to prevent excessive cost on account
- Maintain an updated client Baseline
- Managing daily update of OneView
- Audit and QA service provider data
- Ensure user and account alignment
- Daily EDR monitoring and escalation of delays to Development team
- Daily monitoring and managing of client exceptions e.g., Roaming Costs, Content Services etc.
- Daily monitoring of unauthorized usage on client lines e.g., Voice usage on Data lines
- Maintain an updated client Baseline - ensuring monthly imports completed and correct
- Create and analyze reports for the client within the required timeframe
- Monthly Audit and QA service provider data
- Monthly creation, QA and sending out of Client reports i.e. MUSR & MMSR’s
- Assist with the preparation of presentations on a monthly basis for various Business Units within Clients’ environment
