**Responsibilities**:

- **System Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing online banking systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
- **Requirement Gathering**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and system integrations.
- **Solution Design**: Design technical solutions and system architectures that align with business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.
- **Technical Documentation**: Create detailed technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation to communicate system designs and requirements to development teams and stakeholders.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Develop test plans, perform system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of online banking systems.
- **Troubleshooting and Support**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and incidents related to online banking systems, working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- **Security and Compliance**: Ensure that online banking systems adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- **Performance Monitoring and Optimization**: Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning activities to optimize the speed, scalability, and reliability of online banking services.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance the user experience and drive business value through online banking initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, CISM) preferred.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on online banking systems.
- Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design.
- Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to online banking, such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2.
- Experience with online banking platforms and systems such as internet banking portals, mobile banking apps, payment gateways, and core banking systems.
