**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Risk Analyst to join our growing risk management team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to develop their skills in risk analysis and management. The Junior Risk Analyst will support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across various business areas, ensuring that our operations are both compliant and resilient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential risks to the organization, including financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support risk assessments and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with senior risk analysts and other team members to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed risk reports and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze trends in risk data to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in risk assessment meetings and contribute to discussions on risk management practices.
- Assist in the development and delivery of risk awareness training and communication materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two years of work experience in a related field, such as risk analysis, financial analysis, auditing, compliance, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of risk management principles and practices is a plus.
- Relevant internship or work experience in risk analysis or a related field is advantageous.

- Familiarity with risk management software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in risk management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
