**Job Purpose**: As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of their daily operations, driving the complete recruitment life cycle and guiding the company in attracting top talent aligned with their culture. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate sourcing activities, closely collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager, and cultivate strong relationships within their People & Culture team.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
???? **Setting the Stage for Recruitment Success**:

- Craft precise interview questions tailored to position requirements.
- Master their Applicant Tracking System for efficient recruitment documentation management.
- Collaborate with talent sourcing agencies on fulfilling their hiring needs.

???? **Navigating the Recruitment Journey**:

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, P&C Business Partners, and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria, driving sourcing and recruiting activities.
- Contribute to the recruitment process by conducting reference checks and background checks.
- Ensure "best practice" recruitment guidelines are followed throughout the process.

???? **Shaping Insights through Reporting**:

- Regularly provide valuable insights through monthly reports on staff movement, new hires, temporary staff, and cost savings.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or Recruitment Consultation.
- Have at least 1 year of recent HR experience in a corporate setting.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot and Graphs.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
