**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Co-ordinate & ensure that admin duties & records are updated in accordance with company policies & procedures
- Monthly property / owners reports
- Issuing of prize letters / sponsorships, log & cross checking
- Database updates
- E-mail queries from operators on rates, reservations, rebate requests
- Update weekly site inspection schedule & send out follow-up reports post-stay
- Brochures - log, script, images, proof reading
- Barter agreements & log
- Co-ordination of trade shows / stand / contracting / registration
- Co-ordinate client year-end functions
- Booking of travel ie flights, accommodation, trains, etc for execs
- Set-up of various contracts, ie STO / Corp / Production / Retails - T&Cs, rate sheets which includes once-off as well as annually
- Issuing of STO Contracts, Corporate, Production, Retail, Consortia
- All admin related tasks within sales department as well as any additional duties as requested by the Department Head

**CORE COMPETENCIES**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a sales administration capacity
- Full understanding of hotel sales market segments & rate structures
- Full understanding of hotel sales market segments & rate structures
- Proficient in Microsoft office & Outlook
- Experience in maintaining CRM database & Opera
- Travel agent & tour operator knowledge advantageous
- Presentable, well-spoken individual
- Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, initiative & inter-personal skills
- Excellent co-ordination, organisational & administrative skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Experience**:

- hotels sales admin: 2 years (preferred)
- hotel opera: 1 year (preferred)
