Our client is looking for a Supply and Demand Lead To introduce, manage and facilitate the end-to-end Sales & Operational planning process for the international unit.
To lead the advancement and implementation of data driven Reporting and Dashboarding. Oversee the cross-border distribution & key stakeholder management.

**Responibilities**:
Effective S&OP management:Companies S&OP process serves as the leading platform for all major business decisions across multiple functional areas.
- Lead the company S&OP process & primary liaison with the company S&OP team.
- Ensures execution and continuous improvement of monthly S&OP cycle in line with the companies standards.
- Clarifies, communicates, and monitors tasks and responsibilities of all relevant stakeholders involved in the preparation and execution of the S&OP process. Provides coaching if required.
- Makes sure that decisions on balancing demand and supply are taken within the S&OP framework.
- Ensures all relevant data for the S&OP process is delivered timely, complete, and accurately, in line with the companies standard data sets.
- Ensure effective Demand planning cadences are adhered to in the created of rolling forecasts.
- Facilitates with various sources of supply to ensure Supply/Demand balance is understood & effectively planned for.
- Create and establish integrated company supply and demand management process through effective communication.
- Manage the supply and demand planning and review process per company market.
- Decide on and evaluate replenishment parameters while considering factors like sales forecast, delivery days, lead time, safety stock, central stock and fluctuation in sales and lead time.
- Facilities the company S&OP social systems.
- Change management and execution of S&OP process

Effective S&OE management: Copanies S&OE process manages the near-term execution of the S&OP
- Execute S&OP plans, solve problems and keep supply, production and sales on course.
- Create detail orderbooks to ensure all departments have clear sight of monthly execution.
- Facilitate daily target tracking to ensure plans are executed.
- Work to resolve and escalate risks to delivery against the consensus demand plan.
- Support credit department by providing visibility of 3 months forecasts.
- Collaborate with credit department to ensure Country Managers are aware of possible credit issues which may affect orders.

Data & Analytics management
- Lead business intelligence initiatives, including reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with key markets on data sharing.
- Identify and implement innovative processes to enhance data management.
- Guide the design, development, and presentation of data for various stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to internal and external data management and analytics initiatives.
- Drive the improvement of system processes and build efficiencies.
- Set targets and aspirations for the company's continuous growth.

Cross border distribution management
- Collaborate closely with the logistics department to expedite export orders.
- Involved in RFQ procurement process for cross border transportation.
- Oversee transport management service providers.
- Involved in monthly & quarterly transporter review sessions.
- Assure reach defined KPI’s or performance standards.

Stakeholder building activities.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within the company on AP & monthly RoFo planning.
- Facilitate data & insight during portfolio optimization cycles.
- Drive & lead key Nonproduction spend projects.
- Compile and maintain appropriate service level agreement template.
- Participate in the company ordering portal enhancements.

**Skills**:

- Able to identify and assess potential risks to the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- A lifelong learner and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
- Proficient in some technical skills, such as forecasting software, data visualization tools, and supply chain management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering\logistics or related field.
- 5+ years minimum experience in supply chain operations of which 2-3 years experience in an Africa/International or SA FMCG environment is required
