Petra Diamonds is a leading independent diamond mining group and an increasingly important supplier of rough diamonds to
the international market. The position is based at Cullinan Mine.

**Reference Nr: PDSA304 Job Grade: C2
**Role Purpose**: Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Quality Systems, the role is responsible to administrate the HSQ

management system and perform clerical duties for the Health, Safety, & Quality (HSQ) department and execution of administration
and reporting activities that the HSQ Function is accountable for.

**Responsibilities: **

Provide administrative and office support to HSQ Department which include central calendar updates and maintenance,
scheduling of meetings, bookings and arrangements for meeting venues, travel and accommodation arrangements, document
control and filing of all HSQ related legal and other documentation and reports, office management and maintenance.

Record transactional data within the applicable software programmes, that is the accountability of the HSQ Function, as
required by Group.

Maintain verifiable reporting data and records in accordance with Document Management protocols to ensure accurate
reporting.

Ensure that all HSQ reporting is aligned with standards, guidelines and schedule.

Establish and maintain good working relationships and an effective / sound communication system with the Group and
Operational HSQ Functions.

Takes cognisance of and adhere to Company policies, procedures and relevant legislation. Manage and report on non
compliance issues.

Model behaviour that is consistent with the Company Safety, Health and Quality vision and values. Manage and report on non
compliance issues.

Effective Team Player and Effective Self-Management Management.

**Minimum Requirements: **

Grade 12

Accredited qualification (Office Administration) that is required for administrative and reporting activities **NQF level 5**.** **

Exposure to HSQ related concepts and theories, with particular experience in data collection, basic analysis and reporting

Minimum of 3 years administrative experience required.** **

Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Valid Drivers’ License.**

Demonstrate knowledge and skill to retrieve information from the dedicated software system (Isometrix) and use applicable
software programmes.

Know and understand applicable standard operating procedure(s) regarding HSQ registers.

Perform general office duties.

Know and understand the frequency of reporting to be done.

Having knowledge and skill in obtaining and compiling HSQ related statistics.

Having knowledge and skill to enter information into a system.
