**Purpose of the Role**:
As a B2B Sales Development Representative you sell products and/or services to other businesses who sell products and/or services to keep businesses moving and growing.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for building and nurturing their existing client portfolio, acquiring new connections with decision-makers and acquiring new clients.

As one of our Sales Development Representatives, you will use your passion for building relationships, your need to close more deals for you and your clients, the desire to be the best. **Job Requirements**

**Experience**:

- 3 years + experience in B2B sales
- Experience in outbound sales calling
- A high level of integrity and strong commitment to achieving targets is essential
- Proven track record in securing appointments with decision makers
- Excellent communication skills via phone and written correspondence
- Ability to identify and understand customer pain points and requirements is a must
- Ability to work with high volume of leads and accounts is a must
- Ability to build relationships over all prospecting mediums is a must
- Subject-matter expert on product offering is a must
- Experience in building and nurturing an ongoing pipeline is a must
- Technology acumen is advantageous
