**Qualifications**:

- Essential: A relevant qualification (HR or Administrative qualification studying towards an HR qualification) or similar
- Preferred: HR Diploma or degree

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
**KNOWLEDGE required**:

- Placing Adverts on various recruitments platforms
- Knowledge of recruitment Practices
- Training co-ordination
- Coordinating and capturing all input for payroll
- Monthly HR reporting processes
- Maintenance of Employee Files and other record
- Monthly meetings records

**SKILLS required**:

- A high level of confidentiality
- Written and verbal communication
- People skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Work accurately with attention to detail
- Strong Numeracy skills

**EXPERIENCE required**:

- Minimum of at least 1 year experience in an administrative role in HR
- Intermediate Excel skills and a working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Power Point & Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in compiling reports and drawing statistics is recommended
- Experience with HR software like HRIS

**Key Responsibilities**:
Being responsible for all administrative functions including but not limited to:

- Compiling various reports
- Coordinating and organising meetings and appointments
- Maintenance of Files
- All other general office management functions

Operations:

- Issuing of Operations field employment contracts
- Ensure administration is complete for all new employees
- Coordinating all input for payroll
- Prepare Induction packs for Operations Staff
- Courier of Contracts and Induction packs
- Complete on-board induction administration (check list)

Assist with scheduling meetings for new joiners’ Induction programmes

Arrange/Co-ordinate of Interviews and assessments

Compiling all correspondence, regret letters etc.
