**Job description**

We are looking for an experienced technical on page and off page SEO specialist. You must have 5+ years of complete hands on SEO experience.

We have a **remote position** available that will put you directly into the mix of working with small, medium and enterprise brands assisting the account management team by helping them execute our clients on page and off page SEO strategy.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Develop keyword strategies and keyword research.
- Continually perform new keyword discovery, optimization.
- Implement on page techniques such as Schema, Site speed tuning, Indexing, Rich Snippet building, internal linking.
- Execute link building strategies.
- Complete site audits to identify opportunities to increase visits from organic search.
- Repair broken links, build domain authority.
- Implement and test all GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking.
- Architect major programmatic efforts to dramatically increase site visits from organic search
- Develop, execute and deliver SEO strategies that support website roadmap for improvements in content, on-page, technical, crawlability and UX
- Drive content marketing strategy to increase rankings, visibility and natural search results for existing and new pages
- Introduce and create SEO A/B testing to understand effectiveness of optimization, quantify results
- Stay informed and advise on SEO best practices/trends and technologies
- Effectively meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.

**Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree - 4 year degree
- **Demonstrated 5+years track record working as an SEO specialist.**:

- Advanced understanding and strong expertise using search analytical/reporting tools like SEMRush, Majestic, AHREFS, GA4, Google Search Console, Hot Jar, Screaming Frog, MOZ
- Advanced understanding of technical SEO concepts (crawling, indexing, rendering, AMP, site migrations, page speed optimization and more)Expert in Search Engine Optimization
- An understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including split A/B testing experienceHands-on knowledge of content management systems, WordPress preferred
- A data-driven mindset with the excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills.
- Superb people and customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
- Wonderful personality Office culture is the foundation for success.
- Fluency in English.
