Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual for the role of Office Assistant & Relief Reservations at a private reserve in Waterberg. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the lodge and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

**Location**: Waterberg, Limpopo
**Salary**: R6,000 - R8,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compiling and updating transfer schedules.
- Providing relief support for the reservationist during leave periods.
- Reservations_**:

- Updating profiles, databases, and booking charts.
- Filing invoices and processing payments.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to reservations.
- Assistant Lodge Manager:_
- Supporting the lodge manager in daily operations.
- Attending morning meetings and coordinating staff activities.
- Ensuring guest needs are met during their stay.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lodge area.
- Daily Duties:_
- Conducting bar stock take and replenishment.
- Performing daily walk-arounds to identify maintenance needs.
- Checking rooms for cleanliness and functionality.
- Check-in and Check-out:_
- Welcoming guests, providing orientation, and ensuring their comfort.
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Orders & Deliveries:_
- Coordinating orders with suppliers and conducting regular stock takes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Basic computer proficiency.
