**Required**:
The primary purpose of this role is to convert trialing potential clients into trading clients, implement the clients preferences by building BARs / PARs & building strong relationships, then pass these clients onto a Senior Consultant. Provide a seamless service, handling any requests in full often including an item where you exceed your client’s expectation.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Win the Business: Convert every quote into a booking (follow up on all quotes)

2. Set the client up for Success: Implement clients preferences and business needs, get Traveller Profiles completed & uploaded onto the GDS

3. Build Relationships: Book an in person Into / Implementation meeting with EVERY new client at least within 5 days of their 1st booking if not sooner.

4. Grow the Business: A month after the clients 1st booking have a HIG (How’s it Going) meeting to gain feedback and iron out any finishing touches, ask the client for their full spend & see if there any other bookers or departments that can book with us.

5. Once we have the clients full spend and they in a good place the client will be handed over to a senior consultant.

**Salary**: R7,500.00 - R25,000.00 per month
