**We are in need of an Account Clerk to provide support the finance department and to join the team.**

**Positions: roles and responsibility and Education and Years Experience.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Bank statement postings.
- Petty Cash Full function.
- Reconcile creditors/debtors accounts.
- Debt collection function.
- Creditors queries.
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
- Excel spreadsheets (create, update)
- Filing and archiving of financial documents.

**Education & Experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- General knowledge of basic accounting.
- Strong Prioritizing Skills.
- Planning & Organizing.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required).

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required).
- Basic accounting: 3 years (required).
- IQ system: 1 year (preferred).

**Language**:

- Conversational English and Afrikaans (required)
