**Job Summary**:
Our client in the real estate investment industry is looking for a person who has more than two years' experience as a business and payroll administrator. Willing to work from home.

The role of Business and Payroll Administrator is to oversee all the office and payroll administrative processes and procedures for the company.

**Qualification**:
**Working hours**:

- 08:00 - 17:00 Mondays to Fridays

**Pre-Conditions**:

- Must have own laptop with the latest operating systems and not older than 2 years
- Must have your own cell phone in a good working condition

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Capturing sales leads daily on the company's Client Relations Managment System
- Allocate leads to sales representatives on a daily basis
- Administrating deceased estate data
- Managing correspondence received from internal and external clients
- Liaise with the financial accounting department to ensure all types of financial transactions are processed correctly
- Ensure company venders, contractors and consultants complete and submit their invoices on time.
- Use banking platforms to make different types of financial transactions
- Obtain management's approval before any payments are made
- Conduct staff payments once a month
- Conduct sub-contractor payments weekly or bi-weekly
- Handle all types of payment queries
