**Supply Chain Administrator - 12 Months Contract**

Provide support to the supply chain management team by carrying out general administrative duties which includes:

- Update records
- Respond to ad hoc administrative requests.
- Reporting.
- SCM Bid Committee support (Bid Committee administration and minute taking)
- Ensure that the required key functional controls are adhered to.
- Work closely with the supply chain management team to align with auditors and resolve audit findings with regards to the process.
- Maintain the auditors file list on SAP CLM Qualification and experience.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- + 3 years of administrative experience in a procurement environment
- Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain or relevant field advantageous

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- SCM administrative in a procurement environment: 3 years (required)
