Executive Secretary

**Purpose of the Job**:
To provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), ensure that office operations within the Finance and Supply Chain Division operate efficiently, are customer centric and continuously foster business partnering. The position reports directly to the CFO.
**Key Performance Areas**:
- Rendering administrative support to the CFO and Finance division managers.
- Act as main contact for Finance and Supply chain division customer support.
- Managing Finance division incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Managing Finance and Supply Chain division customer care mailbox and telephones log.
- Interacting and making follow-ups with divisions to ensure prompt customer queries/logs resolutions.
- Managing proactive initiatives to improve Finance and Supply Chain division customer centricity.
- Preparing internal and external communication for Finance division.
- Managing travel and accommodation arrangements for Finance division.
- Planning and arranging meetings, workshops and functions for Finance division.
- Any other official responsibilities delegated by the CFO.
