The primary responsibility of the Operations Clerk is to ensure smooth business processes. Which includes attention detail customer service and critical thinking skills to execute daily tasks efficiently.
- Check & report shortages to Operations Manager.
- Ensure all department are aware of shortages.
- Ensure all orders are completed.
- Ensure all customer orders are packed with quality and the correct quantities.
- Ensure all driver routes are cost effectively navigated.
- Ensure all drivers are aware of their time specific deliveries.
- Check and confirm deliveries with drivers to ensure good quality and accurate quantities.
- Ensure that the driver loads all orders including relevant paperwork
- Check temperature on delivery vehicle.
- Attend to all customer queries.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month
