Nzimande Solutions, a dynamic consulting firm, is seeking freelance project managers to join our team. As a freelance project manager, you will work remotely, overseeing and delivering projects for our diverse portfolio of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, and establish project plans and timelines.
- Develop project budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies to ensure project success and mitigate potential issues.
- Coordinate project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates to communicate project progress, identify risks and issues, and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance against key metrics and milestones, and provide regular reports and updates to clients and senior management.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a project manager, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with access to a functioning Wi-Fi connection, laptop, and phone.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred but not required.
