We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Sales and Marketing Assistant** to join our dynamic team. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the online sales and marketing efforts of our company. **Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support as needed.

Support the sales manager in ad-hoc tasks.

Support in generating leads, contacting potential customers, and scheduling appointments.

Help in organizing and attending sales and marketing events, such as trade shows or product demonstrations.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.

Maintain customer databases and assist in tracking sales activities and results.

Maintain & ensure smooth coordination and execution of online sales & marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication skills: Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders in different cultures and through various forms of communication. Fluency in a foreign language can be an asset but is not a necessity.

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.

Interpersonal skills: The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, both in person and remotely.

Goal-oriented: The ability to set and work towards achieving goals is crucial for success in this role.

Knowledge of industry and market trends. Understanding the industry and market trends will help the sales representatives to identify new opportunities and to be better prepared for the competition.

Strong ethical principles: Trust is important for building and maintaining business relationships, and we require the sales representative to have strong ethical principles.
