Property Maintenance Administrator

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years experience in administration with strong customer communication skills
- Highly organised
- Strong commitment ensuring work is scheduled and completed timeously
- Very good English skills, written and spoken
- High attention to detail
- 3 days working in the office in Stellenbosch and 2 days remote working
**DUTIES**
- Liaison between Properties, the Managers, Clients and the cleaning staff
- Scheduling of daily work
- Following up on work in progress and work completion
- Quotations
- Ensuring communication is detailed to all parties in order for the job to be completed well first time around
- Constant client interaction
- Manage spreadsheets for various properties and clients
- Assisting the Director with tasks required
- General administration duties required within the department
**Salary**: R15 R20k per month, dependent on experience
