**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our gym's team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our gym. **Key Responsibilities**:
Membership Sales: Proactively engage with prospective members to showcase the benefits of our gym's memberships and services. Tailor sales pitches to address individual needs and goals, aiming to convert leads into loyal customers.

Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current and potential members by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized fitness solutions. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanour to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) by effectively utilising sales techniques, following up on leads, and maintaining a consistent follow-up system.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our gym's offerings, including membership options, fitness programs, classes, and amenities. Be prepared to provide accurate and detailed information to potential members

Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing efforts to generate leads and referrals. Actively participate in outreach initiatives, events, and promotions to expand the gym's customer base.

Tour and Presentation: Organise facility tours for potential members with onsite staff members, highlighting the gym's features, equipment, and services. Deliver engaging presentations that emphasize the value of membership.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of membership sales, lead follow-ups, and other relevant information using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Assist in the completion of paperwork related to memberships and agreements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other gym staff to create a cohesive and positive team environment. Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies and member experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with fitness equipment, programs, and classes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
