**Construction Project Manager - Lead Your Build to Success**

**Location**: Polokwane, Limpopo

**We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics.
- Manage project teams, effectively communicating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts and managing costs.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 7 qualification in Construction Project Management or a related field.
- Valid professional registration with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, successfully managing projects of similar size and complexity.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, best practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in green building practices and sustainable construction.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and permits.
