**Clinical Training & Marketing Manager - Johannesburg Gauteng**

**Salary: Market Related**

**Purpose of Position**:
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Clinical Training and Marketing Manager role for the Medical and Healthcare industry, this is a permanent position based in Randburg, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

The Training Manager aspect of this role will be to develop and administer training programs for employees, assess training and development needs for the organisation, help individuals develop their skills and knowledge, create training manuals, present in-person training sessions and monitor training for effectiveness. For the Marketing Manager duties, the key responsibility is to Manage all the Marketing activities and all aspects of operations and administrations attached to this role.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Healthcare, Nursing or related
- Experience in the medical industry Project management experience
- Train the Trainer Qualification
- 5-10 Years Management experience
- Own Transport

**Duties**:

- Oversee and Manage training of Sales staff both new and existing. This includes all internal and external training requirements. Frequency of training for existing and new staff is ongoing and occurs weekly and monthly. External training occurs as business requirements change e.g. The need for external Excel training for managers. Training also occurs when a new product is added to our portfolio
- Work with Sales team and Sales managers on a daily basis to Identify gaps in knowledge and address with the Sales team.
- Regular update of all training material on a daily or weekly basis.
- Refresher training for existing staff. Training also occurs when a new product is added to our portfolio
- Accurate record keeping of all training. This occurs monthly or daily as training occurs
- Work with Sales managers to ensure product training is conducted by Sales team.
- Working with Reps infield to further identify areas in which sales staff need more training or more support from a manager. This will be based on requirements defined by the senior management teams.
- Accurate record keeping that is POPI compliant.
- Oversee the Sales team Training and Marketing monthly budget. This is done monthly when the Sales team submits their training records electronically. This is monitored throughout the month and double checked at the end of the month when expenses are submitted.
- Ensure all relevant regulations and Codes of Conduct are followed by the Sales Team
- Formulate and Manage training budget and work within the allocated budget amount.
- Manage and Coordinate RF training for doctors
