- **Assist the Head Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries and desserts for our guests.**

- **Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in all products.**

- **Assist with inventory management and stock control to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.**

***
- **Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and hygiene regulations.**

***
- **Communicate effectively with the pastry team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the pastry department.**

***
- **Continuously strive to improve and develop your skills and knowledge in pastry making.**

*** Requirements**:
***
- **Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen or pastry shop.**

***
- **Knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.**

***
- **Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.**

***
- **Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.**

***
- **Team player with excellent communication skills.**

***
- **Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.**

***
- **Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.**
