Objective: The Coordinator will assist the Maintenance Manager with issues pertaining to the processing plant's maintenance, as well as work closely with contractors to ensure the efficient handling of queries, issues and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

- Matriculation and further relevant tertiary education
- 2+ years’ supervisory experience
- 2+ years’ experience within a Meat Processing Plant
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of MHE; Boiler Maker or relevant

Duties will include:

- Oversee the maintenance of boilers and other related machinery
- Management of maintenance schedules
- Liaise with external contractors
