**What will you do?**
- This is a marketing support position within Client and Intermediary Engagement. This function primarily supports niche segments which are focused target markets with specific needs, e.g. Professionals, Business Owners, Salaried Market. In Niche Segments we have focused marketing strategies to ensure that it is aligned to the audience we want to reach. This position will report into the Channel and Segment Marketing Manager and support the Head Niche Segments and team.**What will make you successful in this role?**

**Key focus areas**:

- Co-ordinate and maintain a Segment Marketing Calendar
- Facilitate relevant industry body communication and co-ordination
- Co-ordinate and maintain the segment information on SharePoint sites, Sanport, etc.
- Co-ordinate campaigns and corporate conferences for niche segments
- Provide administrative support
- People management and coaching

**Qualification and experience**
- Grade 12
- Experience within a financial distribution environment
- Marketing and administration support experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans - speaking & writing

**Knowledge and skills**

**IT/systems/tools**:

- MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP)
- SAP/S4P Hana
- Sanport
- SharePoint

**Business**:

- Financial services industry knowledge/context - Basic
- RA: SanlamConnect knowledge/Channels structure
- Sanlam Product Knowledge - Basic
- Content management processes and guidelines
- Marketing and communication processes and activities
- Events co-ordination
