Marketing Coordinator - Bellville, Cape Town.

Bring your marketing or business qualifications and join the dynamic Marketing Team in a co-ordinator and support role.

You will be involved in ensuring the marketing team is supported with all administrative duties, travel, events, marketing initiatives and campaigns.

This role is vital to the effective operations of the marketing team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric, Diploma, or a Tertiary Qualification in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have own means of transport
- Comfortable with communicating and interacting with stakeholders
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Good relationship management and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Is proactive and completes tasks with a sense of urgency

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the team’s diaries, scheduling of appointments and meetings, booking of boardrooms
- Manage the team’s travel arrangements for trips and events, and create itineraries
- Coordinate communication between the Marketing Team and other teams, as well as external partners and vendors
- Assist the team with all courier requests whether it be to suppliers, local media, agencies, influencers, consumers, or other ad hoc requests
- Assist with all procurement projects, including branded merchandise, prizes, gifts etc
- Support the development, maintenance and reporting of company and marketing materials, including presentations, reports, certificates etc
- Organise and maintain the marketing department’s filing and storage systems, including electronic and physical files
- Organise & manage marketing storerooms & recording marketing inventory
- Coordination of team, brand, and company events
- Administering CSI initiatives, donation requests and marketing samples
- Managing monthly billings and invoices with suppliers and internal teams
- Help coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics, vendor management and post-event follow-up
- Assist with research on industry trends, competitor activities, consumer behaviour, and in-store activities (brand and competitor)
- Assist with monthly brand website maintenance and updates
- Support other marketing (brand and product development) and sales-related initiatives as needed
- Assist the NPD team with mixing samples
- Arrange product samples and hamper
