**Minimum Requirements**:

- Presentable **Afrikaans speaking**
- Afrikaans and English first and second languages **a must** (KEY REQUIREMENT - NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Microsoft 365 certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- CCNA or MTCNA beneficial
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (Advantage)
- 3 to 4 years recent **practical experience** with Microsoft 365, including tenant setup and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to delivering high-quality service and meeting client expectations.
- Basic knowledge of network and server administration.
- Able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic IT environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal direction.
- Able to handle confidential matters, set priorities, work well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and **own vehicle a must**
- Stable employment record and contactable reference
- Residing within daily commuting distance from Centurion
- To start as soon as possible

**Duties**:

- Full IT Support technician duties for company specializing in IT solutions
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 tenants for clients.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail when working on client projects, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Client SLA Management, collaborate with team members to establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring that all commitments are met or exceeded.
- Monitor client networks and servers to proactively identify and address issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep client systems and networks running smoothly, including updates, patches, and system optimizations.
- Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures for client environments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and resolve their IT concerns.
- Collaborate with senior IT support staff to learn and grow skills while contributing to team projects and goals.

**Salary: R 12 000.00 - R 25 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on relevant experience)**
