**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Calculate wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring accuracy in every payroll cycle.
- Ensuring payroll processing is compliant with all payroll regulations.
- Utilize Pastel Payroll software to manage payroll functions effectively.
- Provide support in HR administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Pastel Payroll.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- **HR Knowledge**: Solid understanding of HR administration and relevant legislation.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Compliance Knowledge**: Familiarity with UIF regulations and payroll tax regulations.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
