**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Processing of credit notes
- Issuing of orders
- Update of DOC
- Changes and possible enquiries regarding MIBCO
- Cheque queries regarding petty cash / EFT’s and special payments
- Debtors reconciliation
- Follow ups on reconciliations which have outstanding items on them
- Handling of all account queries
- Capturing receipts
- Following up on outstanding OB’s and sorting them accordingly
- Following up on petty cash reconciliations
- Obtaining invoices which need to be processed
- Allocation of deposits from bank statements
- Allocation of money on debtors reconciliation
- Banking
- Complete HR forms regarding new appointments, resignations and other employee related documents
- Time sheets
- Filling out UIF forms
- Employee changes
- Handling of employee leave queries
- Handling of IOD’s on the AS400
- Filing of all documents
- Purchasing and ordering of all stationary (Parts)
- Codifying expenses according to the general ledger codes
- License renewals on demos
- Managing assets purchased

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative management position
- Complete knowledge of the ADP system
- Minimum requirement of a BCom Degree
- Great organizational skills
- Leadership qualities
