**What will you do?**
- This is a management position that reports directly to Chief Operating Officer and serves on the MiWayLife MANCO. This role is accountable for providing operational management and support for the different practices and processes across the Claims teams.- Key responsibilities include:
- Execute against & maintain compliance to the Claims philosophy/strategy for MiWayLife
- Maintain and continually improve the operational Claims best practices and processes
- Drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies across Claims functions/teams
- Undertake required Claims related MIS, analysis and reporting
- Manage a team of claim assessors, investigators and administrators
- Manage team expenses
- Stakeholder relationships
- People management

**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Qualification & experience- Preferably business or commerce degree/diploma or claims related qualification 3-5 years claims management experience in long term insurance- Knowledge and skills

**Qualification and Experience**
- Diploma or grade 12 with at least 4 to 5 years related experience.**Knowledge and Skills**
