**Your tasks**:

- Develop and implement Sales strategy for the Southern Africa market.
- Full responsibility for departmental strategy and budget management
- Develop measures to ensure Departmental targets are met
- Promote sales of New Machines and LCS Products (spare parts kits, rebuild/ exchange, SIPS, LDS, overhauls, and Service Level Agreements) and Training
- Liaise with clients regarding new machine and LCS product enquiries, coordinate preparation of quotes and or obtain samples and provide solutions.
- Oversee initiation of received order and build the client relationship by keeping them informed about any new developments and changes of additional parts required by the Customer.
- Facilitate communication with the Krones operational departments, scheduling of resources and oversee addressing of warranty, replacement and additional parts required for the Customer.
- Facilitate all client logistics, administration, and financial management transactions.
- Be involved with special projects, help co-ordinate internal and external communication with the client.
- Frequent travel to customers - product presentations and attend project meetings.
- Grow the potential market for new machine and LCS products by following up on leads for new customers and proactively finding new customers.
- Contribute and maintain a sales budget for individual projects and the Southern Africa sales region, while ensuring timely execution of sales plans and actions
- Assist customer technical training needs and develop training programs.

**Your profile**:

- Matric
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing
- N. Dip/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering qualification or related (preferred)
- Work experience 10 years minimum
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technical Sales and New Business Development with a proven track record
- Experience in the bottling, beverage, or packaging industry
