**Purpose of the Job**:
To implement Engen’s CSI strategy in line with Engen's overall business sustainability strategy. To uphold, enhance and maintain an image of a responsible and caring company by managing social investments and relationships with all Engen's stakeholders within South Africa and the IBD affiliates, in order to ensure that Engen remains a socially relevant and responsible corporate citizen, that also creates strategic value.

**What you'll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 7 (Degree in Public Relations/ Social Sciences)
- 5 years experience within CSI / BBBEE/ HR environment
- 3 years experience in Stakeholder Management

Advantageous:

- Engen's CSI governance protocols
- Project Management
- Local Government Relationship Management
- 5 years experience in NPO/NGO environment

**What you'll be doing**:
**Strategy Development**
- Develop and ensure coherent CSI strategies, policies, frameworks and systems re implemented in line with

legislative requirements, best practice including but not limited to BBBEE legislation and King IV corporate
- governance principles.
- **CSI Governance**
- Develop and align CSI Business processes to Engen's core business objectives. Monitor, audit and ensure

all CSI interventions and donations are registered updated and are reported regularly in line with BBBEE
- Codes of Good Practice.
- **Relationship Management**
- Maintain and build relationships with Partner Organisations as well as engaging and collaborating with

Internal and External CSI stakeholders, Government Departments, Schools and Communities
- **Media Liaison**
- Manage all CSI Media and Publicity and create a central repository for CSI in line with Engen's Corporate

Communications Department. Organise adhoc CSI media and publicity events for and ensure all CSI
- strategic platforms are leveraged.
- **Transition Management**
- Lead and ensure seamless transition to the new Engen CSI implementation Model by continuous

engagement & communications to all stakeholders to ensure increased awareness, understanding and gain
