Leading National Services Provider based in the Northern Suburbs is recruiting for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Foreman, with at least 3 -5 years’ experience within the warehousing environment.

The ideal incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and plugs replacements

Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary

Complete general building cleaning and maintenance (tiling, painting, carpentry, and welding)

Install and repair floors, stairs and water piping as needed

Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building

Maintenance of gardens, electric fence, security booms, alarm system around the facility

Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required

Manage the fire hydrant system and generator (must do weekly tests of systems) as well as the Ramrod system (ventilation and smoke alarms)

Manage the plumbers: blocked drains, blocked toilets, replacement of geysers, leaking taps etc.

Ensure all Electrical Distribution boards are checked and serviced.

**Qualification**:
Matric

Diploma / Certificate Electrical Engineering

Computer Literate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

3- 5 Years’ experience within the warehousing industry

Good technical skills

Own transport essential

**Attributes**:
Very good communication skills and ability to plan well

High energy levels

Disciplined and presentable

Ability to work independently and be part of a team

Strong administrative skills

Must be willing to work overtime as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month
