The Senior Manager Job Grading and Job Taxonomy is responsible for managing and maintaining global job grades, associated pay ranges and supporting job architecture.**Working at NTT**
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure job grading and job architectures are fit for purpose based on strategic priorities and ongoing organisational design
- Regularly analyse market trends ensuring the job architecture aligns to the external market
- Regularly analyse job architecture pay trends and adjust pay ranges ensuring we pay fairly based on external market trends.
- Build strong relationships with business leads and support HRBPs to support organisational design and workforce planning initiatives across the various business areas.
- Take responsibility for data integrity including job and grading mappings and ensure the shape of the organisation is fit for purpose
- Conduct job evaluation and parity alignment to ensure all jobs are evaluated fairly and consistently.
- Maintain all supporting collateral used in communications, enablement, and change management.
- Partner with other CoE ensuring that job and grading mappings are incorporated into standard HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, and Future of Work Design.
- Ensure all job descriptions are clear to be used for external job advert purposes.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Insights team to provide shape and capability insights to be used by business leads and other CoE.
- Functional owner of HRIS end-to-end configuration including full data ownership and integrity
- Proactively support all administration around the job taxonomy process, including monitoring and flagging any compliance issues.
- Define, document, and govern all pay principles and guidelines
- Govern overall job grading and job framework with supported processes, RACI charts, and business rules
- Maintain and govern business card title framework in relation to grading including governance thereof.
**Required Experience**:

- Robust understanding of job evaluation, grading, and job design frameworks
- Strong process improvement and change management skills
- Clear and articulate communicator
- Demonstrate an analytical approach to work and display good attention to detail
- Display resilience and be able to cope with pressure
- Have sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to understand a variety of viewpoints and backgrounds
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Assertive and able to defend own viewpoints and approaches
